• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be longer.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5.99

• Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15,99

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance.

 

3. Order Tracking

 

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our usps.com or the carrier’s website.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

 

• Mumi Dolls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

 

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please ensure your address is eligible for delivery by checking with our Customer Service team if you have any questions.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

• Mumi Dolls is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our Customer Service team to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
